Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHad a bad experience today. Arrived at 4:30 and was given little direction what to do other than sanitize my hands. The place was not that packed. Asked for pedicure. Samantha was rough and had to tell her several times to lighten on the drill and scrubbing. After that, they told me to soak nails. It’s after 5 and there are several people waiting on Michele and the other guy who does nails the best (per Samantha). I already had an acrylic overlay and just wanted a fill. Michele said I needed to soak to change color of powder. I’m telling her i just need a fill but she said they don’t do that. I was confused but just decided to soak the acrylic off. Michele said she couldn’t do my nails but the other (good) guy could and had two people. Two different people reluctantly file my nails while soaking then I was left there and no further communication for a while. I rubbed the residue off myself and got up Bc the acetone smell was strong. I sat near station of guy who was supposed to do my nails. I’m sitting for 45 minutes and another guy who does pedicures says I’ll come get you. I said no, I am waiting on this guy. They speak to each other and I guess because I’m new I got passed off. Hesitant but ready to get nails done and go I followed. He did my nails from pedi chair. I could tell he had no idea how to do an acrylic overlay. My nails were still soft so he kept adding a coat and then clear gel on top. No file down no shape. Faint and thin nails. I was upset at register when he said your nails are $45. I said why. He said it’s a full set. I’m furious Bc I didn’t even get tips. He basically used dip powder and laid it like acrylic. Nails are lumpy and uneven. Michele was not helpful at all and basically let me stand there frustrated when i said my nails are stilll soft and offered no apology or recourse for their lack of communication. She just put her head down and kept working. I wanted to walk out but that’s not my character so I just paid and walked out at 7:50 with ugly nails! I messaged her privately when i got home and she said “sorry you had a bad visit, if posting bad reviews makes you feel better I can’t do anything about that but God bless.” Huh?! That’s sarcastic and unprofessional. I wrote about my experiences! How about a refund! Here’s my tip. Don’t go there expecting good customer service. Michele may be good at trendy designs but she’s not good at costumer happiness. You will sit and wait forever. I will never go there again needless to say!Had a bad experience today.
