They have no staff working ever, and to add the service is not worth the price they charge! My daughter had a full set done, lasted 2 weeks before they started to fall off. She also had a pedicure done that the polish started to peel in 3 days after the service.

i went in to see Chi-Li for my eyebrows (the only person i trust) and decided i needed a pedi and full set. Jenny did an amazing job and i think it was her first time doing coffin shape and she also did ombre on my nails for her first time And they look amazing. The best place to go for eyebrows!

My Daughter wanted her nails done last minute and we stopped in here at about 7:30 she asked if she could get her nails done the owner said yes. We waited till she was done with her current client and she started with my daughter. She never rushed her service and did an amazing job on her nails. We didn’t leave till after 9pm and she has an amazing set of tips that are glowing and she is happy as heck. We will make sure to keep going to this salon. The service was outstanding.

By far the WORST SALON I HAVE BEEN TO. 33$ for a HORRIBLY DONE REFILL. My nails broke 2 days after. Staff was rude cut my nails done drastically without asking and got mad because I asked her not too. She then charged and extra 8$ for cutting my nails down. A service I didn’t want or ask for. If that wasn’t enough I paid, she painted my nails even tried to charge me an extra 5$ For painting a tip on one finger instead of the whole nail after I had already told her I was not okay with her charging me for a cut down. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years and if I could give them negative stars I would. There was nothing special about the service and to be honest I’ve received better treatment from salons that charge 15-20 dollars for a refill. Now a days nail art is really popular with nail techs doing nails from home. If I had any idea my visit there would be so bad I’d let someone do it from home. I’m disgusted and will never return. EVER

The service here is nice. Everyone is kind and welcoming!! The price for acrylic nails is $40 which is a bit on the high side for regular. An extra $4 for shape Aswell. I recomend Nancy she does a beautiful job. I went to Amy once and my nails were crooked and very uneven. Otherwise great service beautiful decorations!

I came in for a walk in appointment on a Sunday, the place wasn’t busy which was nice. I had never been here before and overall my experience was great. The nail tech took her time and did the best she could with my messed up nails. I got a gel manicure. My nails don’t keep polish long, even with gel which will chip or start to peel after 3 days. I’m on day 5 and so far so good! The place was nice and bright and open. I would recommend this place and go there again. Only down side was that I felt like they didn’t have the color spectrum I prefer but it’s ok.

Extremely RUDE manager/owner. I really would like to call her a few choice names but I will refrain. Very nice nail tech. The manager needs to know how to speak to her staff and her PAYING customers. I did not credit the service! She was very lucky today I was in traffic!
