Absolutely the BEST nail salon! I have been going to Bellagio for years, and I still get complimented on my nails all the time. The manager Missy is the sweetest person ever. She always makes a point to welcome me, takes time to come over and chat, and thanks me every time for my business. Lisa is my go-to for light concept nails (amazing!!) but honestly, every technician is excellent and has their own unique skill. I always leave here loving how my nails look!!

Horrible service from Mary and Tabitha. My husband and I came in to get manicure and two pedicures. They were rushing to get us in and out, tried multiple times to upgrade our service. My toe nails were not filed properly, still got sharp corners. I got a color and it was painted awful. My husband wanted to get his cuticles and nails trimmed, left with same nails length and cuticles being left rough. After my husband paid for the service, Tabitha tried to pressure him to go to Publix and get cash so he can tip her. We will never come back again.

I always have a good experience at Bellagio. Sara is so talented and my nails are done perfectly each time. I love that they almost always get you in even without an appointment, and if they can’t they tell you up front so you know exactly how long you may need to wait. I recommend making an appointment though as they are usually pretty busy, which is a testament to how good they are!

Excellent customer service, everyone including my manicurist, Brian, was so kind, attentive and helpful! My gel nails looked absolutely gorgeous… my deluxe pedicure was so amazing Lien did an awesome job…and not to mention my service time was under a hour for both services, WOW! Color is great but first waited 20 minutes with an appointment. It’s fine but then I got uneven colored nails and bad outlines. Left hand pinky finger’s cubicle was hurt badly. Comparing to a photo of nails that I did myself (red). I’d say the experience was very disappointing. AGAIN I LIKE THE COLOR, but I believe it depends on the technician, not because there are two layers of color.

This place is absolutely stunning when you walk in. It’s so bright and beautiful. I had an appointment at 4:15 and was seated right away no waiting at all. The new manager Vivian did a fantastic job on my nails and I couldn’t be happier. She was so friendly and so easy to talk to. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend them!

I’ve had a couple people do my nails from this salon and they have all been great! Vivian and Jenny are amazing (I unfortunately forget the others names)!! They all pay such close attention to details and will ask you if you want something a certain way without assuming. They also will continually check in to make sure you like your nails!! I’ve searched countless places in the Cornelius area and this salon is without a doubt my favorite and I will continue to return!!
