Got my toes and nails done toes came out good but my nails it’s a no they are lumpy the polish was on my fingers the design was sloppy the tips are crooked none of my nails match and then they want to charge me $240!? Like how and where did that price even come from? Not going back

The staff was rude and seemed extremely bothered that my friend and I came in to get our nails done. If there was an option for 0/5 stars, I would put it. I paid $100 for a full set to leave with chemical burns on my fingers. The staff was rude and seemed extremely bothered that my friend and I came in to get our nails done. Not to mention, they used the wrong color and every single nail is crooked on the set my friend got done. Would not recommend this place, unprofessional & unsanitary. Worst nail experience ever.

Me and my sister went there because our go to nail spot was closed on Sunday. We walked in and were seated there was 3 girls in front of us. I showed them what I wanted and they sat me in a chair to get my nails done. First the guy was rude saying I messed up the tip which I don’t see how since he was the one placing it on my nails but whatever he put the acrylic on and filed ONE HAND and left the other I asked him to file and he said oh she will do it (a occupied worker already) the nails were cut unevenly and very ugly I wanted to walk out but gave benefit of the doubt once my sister was done I got seated AGAIN I asked her to reshape my nails cause they were ugly she reshaped all of them and ended up cutting me going to hard cause she was in a rush then when she finished I expected to get my white tip on. But no I had to wait for yet ANOTHER occupied worker to finish the other set she was on because the girl who reshaped me LEFT in a hurry How many ppl does it take to do a French tip??? THREE people and they weren’t even that good looking. ridiculous. Won’t be back here ever again.

I will never go back, my thumb is cut up and after repeatedly telling her the chemicals she was using was stinging my finger. We then told me I just have sensitive skin. No ma’am I have been getting my nails do e for years and I have never had this experience.

They immediately helped me as soon as I walked in, and did a great job on my Halloween themed nails. Doing a slightly longer nail with an almond shape and basic polish. Came to $33 plus tip and well worth it. Can’t wait to go get fills from them in a couple weeks.

I love this place the service is always great. Natalie does a great job on my nails she is super patient and very detailed. Every single time i go i am 100% satisfied with her work my nails last for so long. Would not go anywhere else to get my nails done.

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The prices are fair and the quality is impeccable. The nail technician, Maria, spent an hour on my pedicure, which was so nice and relaxing. I hate when techs rush through an extra charge deluxe pedicure. Also, my nail tech took so much care to make sure my pedicure was perfect. She went back multiple times to make sure a toenail was shaped perfectly, or a cuticle was pushed back to its proper place, etc. For my full-set, I was blown away by Kenny. He also took his time and focused on shaping my nails perfectly. He listened to what I wanted and he was able to help guide my decision on nail length. He knew how to create ombré nails which was super cool. He never nicked a cuticle or caused me to bleed (which almost always happens at other salons). I’m excited to return to this salon. I highly recommend coming here.

I’ve had two nails break less than 2-3 days of having them. One just ripping off my nail from how poorly they did them. She only put two coats on what normally everywhere else I’ve been to puts 5. I’m currently bleeding. she filed my fingers. And took too much off of my natural nail after being told I wanted to keep them filed one extremely crooked and the pedicure he put the hot stones in the dirty water to rub on my leg. Put hot wax on my feet instead of letting it cook first usually they rub it to cool down. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. I’m not one to write bad reviews. This place just sucks.
