I read the reviews and thought my friend and I would get good service but I was disappointed. they sat me and my friend on two complete different sides of the shop when it was empty, we weren’t even in the same room which I thought was strange. we showed our artists the same reference photo (acrylic nails, almond shape, with thin french tip) and we ended up with completely different nails. it was $67 for our nails (base set acrylic is $32, plus $20 for gel, extra $5 for the almond shape, $10 for some style thing which I’m not sure what that charge was for ((??)). I asked for longer nails and was told no, I was also told the simple french tip was unattainable with regular polish and had!! to use gel. I think the prices are ridiculous for the work, my nails do not look terrible but it isn’t what I wanted and I felt uncomfortable asking for changes because anytime I did I was told no, “it wouldn’t look right.” I should have been more assertive in what I wanted but I did not want to be rude. they also do not offer any refunds. I would think twice about coming here. pictured below is my reference picture (first), my nails (second), and my friend’s nails (third). the man who did my friend’s nails did a VERY good job but I was not impressed with the service I personally received.

Mike and Tony and several of the Ladies who work here are great!! I have been coming to bellagio for a couple of years now and they never disappoint! I would not recommend this as a nail spa but they do great pedicures! None of my.nails are shaped the same and they are all different lengths. Stopped here while on vacation and already have an appointment with my tech at home to have them fixed

Had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately I was very disappointed in the way my nails turned out. They’re not even close to the pictures I showed to my nail tech. See pictures below. The first picture is the colors I wanted… pink and white (bright pink like the picture) The second photo is the shape I wanted… simple. The last picture is my nails. The pink isn’t even close to what I asked for AND it has sparkles in it. I asked for gel and the guy did the pink and the white with powder. Also, the shape is off and my white tips are way too thick. I’m so embarrassed of these nails and will be going somewhere else tomorrow to have them fixed. $80 down the drain at this place. I will never go back

Best nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I was in Pensacola for vacation and called Bellagio last minute for a gel manicure. I was so grateful they were able to get me right in. I was greeted immediately by a sweet girl at the front and offered a complimentary drink of choice. Tiffany was my nail tech, and she was fantastic. I specifically requested to not have my nails sanded down before applying the gel, and she honored my request without judgement. As part of the manicure, Tiffany had me place my hands in these heating pads with the cuticle softener–so relaxing. I’d never had that done before; every other place I’ve been to had me put my fingertips in a bowl of warm water, which is fine. It was just a pleasant surprise to have that as part of the basic gel manicure package. I appreciate that the staff was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thank y’all so much for a wonderful experience.

Worst experience ever I had full set of dip powder done on my nails the Saturday before Thanksgiving by the time the holiday came 4-5 nails had chipped and fell off! By the Saturday after literally every nail was gone and I didn’t nothing rough with my nails. Didn’t last a whole week! Thanks Nina for rushing through my nails, wasting my time, money and energy AND having my nails look awful for a joyous occasion. I will NEVER set foot in this place again it has really gone downhill smh.
