Bellagio Nail Studio (At HEB ALON CENTER, former Indulgo Nail Spa)

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIt was my very first time going. I work a few stores down and heard nothing but good things about this place. I got a shellac manicure done by Sunny or Sonny(unsure about the spelling). He was super sweet and funny! While cutting my cuticle away he went up to far and clipped my skin so bad it would not stop bleeding. He tried his best to get it to stop. He continued to paint the nail and once the blood was mixed in with the clear shellac he realized how serious it was. At this point my finger is numb. Before he put the black polish on he glued my finger together with nail glue. I never had been cut this badly before so I assumed this is how these situations were fixed. As I went to pay the receptionist was so kind and noticed everything wrong with my nails. She pulled over her manager I assume and they did end up giving me a discount for the inconvenience. They were very professional about everything.Fast forward to the next morning… I am not one to complain but I just don’t know what to say anymore.. my nails are all cracked and the polish is falling off. I didn’t do anything other than go to sleep. Will be going back just not to the guy who originally did my nails.Edited: I went back and had my nails done and corrected by Laura. FABULOUS job!! It was my very first time going. I work a few stores down and heard nothing but good things about this place. I got a shellac manicure done by Sunny or Sonny(unsure about the spelling).
