Had a dip manicure by a new girl who said she worked there for 2 weeks. Had them done on a Friday and by that following Monday two nails had lifted and fell off. It has been a full week now and all but two of my dip nails are off. I have been to this salon before and never had an issue. This nail tech was very unprofessional saying it was “my fault” for waiting to fill my dip – that is why I’m there. Not only was she extremely unprofessional, she knicked my cuticle and cut my skin in several areas. Horrible! There are better salons in the area to go to.

first time at this salon, and my experience couldn’t have been better. was weary of prices, but you most definitely get what you pay for. I had a WONDERFUL time here! It was my first time and I was looking for a higher end salon and found it! I called and was able to get an appointment right away. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The nail tech was quite precise and I never felt an ounce of pain! The nail tech even noticed that the white I chose was a little sheer so she layered it up until it was opaque! You hardly see that level of attention at other nail salons. I even got a little Christmas gift at the end of my appointment. It made me feel really special and I’ll be recommending this salon to everyone!

Stopped in for an impromptu gel mani and was pleasantly surprised! Beautiful, clean, and spacious spot with super friendly staff. Chrissy did a STELLAR job on my nails…each of my nails is a completely different shape so it can be tricky to make them all look uniform, but she – pun intended – NAILED IT! First visit and will definitely be back!

Excellent nail salon! They’re always so attentive as to what you want the outcome of your nails to be. I’ve never had any issues getting acrylics for the past 4 years at the old salon and now at the new one. The ladies that do pedicures take their time when clipping, cleaning up your nails so that you’re comfortable throughout the whole process. Would recommend 10/10!!

BUYER BEWARE: Had a very odd and unpleasant experience at this nail spa. Although the location is pretty, do not be deceived! I walked in with most of my nails this exact shape and length, the tech insisted that they were not doing well enough for her to simply apply dip powder and clipped them down to apply tips. The glue was left heavy against my fingertips, which is uncomfortable and disgusting. She then mishaped my nails so several looked crooked and very strangely chose to apply UV gel as a topcoat…which has already begun to peel (see photos, this manicure was less than 4 hours ago!). The hostess had to try to find some other nail tech to help remove the glue behind/under the tips because the person who did most of the work just wandered off to do someone else’s pedicure. Once the glue was sanded down, it was easy to see that my natural nails are not fully connected to the tips, which can lead to nail mold! I plan to stop payment on the charge, as I clearly need to go see actual professionals to fix this mess. Update: stopped payment on my CC when my torn nail began to throb. Glue and gel topcoat have been flaking/peeling off all over. 0/10 ☆
