If you are wanting just a regular pedicure….do not go here. Three of us went to get pedicures and all 3 of us came out unhappy with the work performed. The person that did my pedicure did not file my nails to a shape. He barely touched and cleaned my cuticles. I have an ingrown mail on my pinky toe that he didn’t even clip. I left there with my feet dry and in worse condition than when I came in! The other person I was with got acrylic on her one of her toes and they did one side crooked! So much so sit was cutting into her other toe when she walked. Very bad service for the money they charged. Which included an up charge for gel and acrylic. Definitely not worth it and we will not be back again. Especially if the only way you get good service is pay for more expensive services.

I went to John . John needs more training & practice for obvious reasons ( please see picture ) . The manager ?! Very unprofessional .. once I complained about not being satisfied with my nails she did offer to fix them . The whole time she had an attitude & was handling my hand aggressively though . Once she was done I politely asked if I could have cuticle oil .. she grabbed the bottle & poured more then was needed in both of my hands out of irritation.. the total for these nails was $102 dollars , please tell me if nails this wide should be that much . Toes included of course.. everyone just rushed on me & I was not happy about it . Never again & honestly save your money !

I made an appt since they’re busy. Mai and Bay did a wonderful job. I asked for white French with nail art on the fingers. Mai did the design and applied pretty rhinestones to complete the look. Bay did the classic pedicure I asked for and French toenails. They were both gentle and careful enough that I wasn’t clipped or bled anywhere. The mani/pedi is for my upcoming wedding which they found out through small talk. They even brought me red wine to complete the experience. Pricing was more than fair. Communication wasn’t an issue. I enjoyed it all.

My daughter and I will not return! They were quick to take us in and the facility is cool and very comfortable. The pedicure was BOSS! Very pleased! She took her time and did an excellent job. The disappointing side were the nail techs, they rushed and although they make sure the nails won’t lift after a week or so, they aren’t gentle at all…. My daughter said that she kept filing away on her soft delicate nails and my tech apparently can’t see cause they were uneven and I told him sport length, but had to go somewhere else and get them cut down . When I tried to point out that one of the nails has a bubble he acted as if he didn’t understand me turned the drying machine off got up and walked away….. for $128! So rude never again!

Terrible experience felt stressed and rushed to make decisions. First time here and likely to be my last! When I didn’t go with whatever suggestions were made by nail technician they would immediately talk in their own language making me feel terrible. Not only poor customer service but also poor quality. I have been doing SNS for years and never once had my nails crack a week after getting them done. Take a look. I would have posted sooner but didn’t get around to it. I feel like if you’re going to have a beautifully decorated salon and offer upscale services the customer service and quality should match up. I was so disappointed bc I was looking forward to finding a nail salon so close to my house.
