Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy sister and I came here to get gel manicures and pedicures for a wedding outside of town, and the entire process was so rushed. There was only one other customer in the building. The pedicure was messy and when I left, the top coat looked bubbly. My gel manicure looked decent, but there was dried gel all over the surrounding skin. When I went to pay, the guy who did my sisters nails tried to help some before we left, but the woman who did my nails should have made them look better before she was done. I was so angry, I just wanted to leave. There weren’t many nail salons in the area, so we didn’t have many choices when coming into town. Very disappointed. My sister and I came here to get gel manicures and pedicures for a wedding outside of town, and the entire process was so rushed. There was only one other customer in the building. The pedicure was messy and when I left, the top coat looked bubbly. My gel manicure looked decent, but there was dried gel all over the surrounding skin. I went in for a full set but HAN suggested something more natural so she put an acrylic overlay, she then proceeded to put nail polish on top. I went home my nails were all ruined they had flaked off and even had smudges on them. I called them back and I spoke with BOA he told me to come back and he would fix it. I spoke with HAN she wiped off my polish and said that’s it bye. I could have easily wiped my polish off, the fact she didn’t want to redo it or give me a partial refund infuriated me. BOA and HAN are the worst nail techs ever. I went in for a full set but HAN suggested something more natural so she put an acrylic overlay, she then proceeded to put nail polish on top. I went home my nails were all ruined they had flaked off and even had smudges on them. I called them back and I spoke with BOA he told me to come back and he would fix it.
