I made my first visit to this place in April 2022 and i was not impressed. Some nails were crooked and some had super rounded corners while others did not. Despite my bad experience I decided to give them a second shot in May. It was even worse! My pedicure was rushed and the lady didnt use the same products on both legs. I do believe she may have been new because she seemed absolutely lost. My pedicure technician got up and walked away and the lady doing my moms pedicure came to my chair and removed all my polish, made an attempt to reshape my nails and repainted. Then i was moved to get my fill in and the guy went to town with the electric file. He never asked about trimming my nails and he never used a buffer or hand file. I was completely rushed and i left with two bleeding cuticles. I will NEVER go back to this place

Poor management, under staffed but still over booked. Poor customer service by who seemed to be the manager. Just completely unaccommodating and unorganized. Had an appointment and they took walk ins before us, we waited about 25 min to be seated, one person in our group waited with her feet soaking for about 1.5 hours before her feet were touched. And they would not start any nails for our group until all pedicures were done because they wanted to just keep taking walk ins. We didn’t have 5 hours just to sit around this nail salon. So we cancelled nails after the manager rudely tried to blame us for the wait. Won’t be coming back here. The only reason it’s worth the 2 stars I gave it is because the 2 nail techs were kind and did a good job, and at least made sure my 3yo had a good first nail salon experience. She polished her nails quickly before we left and gave her chocolates. So at least she enjoyed herself.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuei would typically never post publicly about an issue i have with a service. however this was an absolutely horrible experience. i had very long , very beautiful natural nails. i sat in the chair to get a gel manicure since i loved my longs nails so much i couldn’t part with them to get acrylics. the lady asked me if i wanted them cut down and i said “no thank you. i want to keep the length” she proceeded to file my nails all the way down to my finger tip. none of my nails are the same length and are all crooked. she burned and filed the top of my nails so much that i was burned and had a broken nail. i have never been more angry and upset with a nail salon. i used to love this place and i trusted them to do them just the way i wanted. i have never been so wrong. i can honestly say i will never go to bellagio nails ever again.i would typically never post publicly about an issue i have with a service. however this was an absolutely horrible experience. i had very long , very beautiful natural nails. i sat in the chair to get a gel manicure since i loved my longs …More

Wife made me go for a foot thing. Never had one before. They were nice, didn’t make fun of me …too much. I’ll be back. Feet look and feel great. Why did I wait so long ? Nice people made it a good experience. Plan on going at least monthly. 5 thumbs up ! Pedicure

I usually go to nails de angel (very highly recommend! They’re amazing <3) but went here for a fill bc I saw that the reviews were ok and it’s closer to my house. My nails didn’t even last a week before chipping (I got gel) and completely breaking off/cracking. If I could give it a zero star I would and I definitely won’t be going back.

Over charged both times I was there.1st time New set.Had an appt but they were behind. He rushed my nails and didn’t do a good job. Went back 2weeks for fill and 2 were lifting. He only fixed one and over charged again! Never again!

First time visiting here and it was wonderful! The prices are reasonable and the nail techs that did my daughter and my pedicures were very friendly and did a great job! I will definitely be going back in the near future.
