Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOn my birthday decide to try this new salonAnd what a disappointment.The hair was washed once granted my hair was clean but so what I asked for roller set and they did not have the right size for long hair I did call ahead time to see if they did this service so I proceeded and asked instead for just a blow dry that wasn’t even done properly very poor In effort I asked why she used a paddle brush to blow dry my hair and not round brush which I’m accustomed to.Her response to that was “this is how I blow dry hair”.I’m non-confrontationalI didn’t want to complain until I saw the end result ,it litterly looked as if I washed it and let air dry.My hair looked frizzy and dry.After she seen my face and realized that I was unhappy with my hair, she then offered to flatiron or curl it. At this point the lack of professionalism from the stylist that I had assumed was a veteran stylist due to her age was poor.I would like my refund of 55 dollars horrible blowout and for warn future clients they over charge for for bad service.
