My bf booked a mani and padi for this place. There was no hand or feet massage during my mani and pedi. Colors look awful. It’s super new with not authentic professional mani pedi place equipments when you go to the nail salon. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The worst experience. The receptionist was crying when I entered and no one behind the counter was helpful while I came in. I asked her if she was ok but they seemed to ignore me. They then told me to go get my polish and made me wait to be seated. I got a mani Pedi. Honestly Tina who did my pedicure was a sweetheart but Samantha the manicurist was absolutely not bothered, she didn’t take her time and do my nails properly. She did half of it standing rushed and when I told her my polish was not put properly she started asking why I was unhappy with her and didn’t look happy . The services for other people were good and they were getting the attention needed but they needed , not me. I’m truly horrified by the prices and terrible service for such a fancy place. Never going here again!

My nails turned out amazing! I got the power polish done, and it’s lasted about 2 week without any chips. I have interacted with Zera, Sharon, Samantha, Vivienne and Britney – they’re all amazing! The energy was bubbly and cheerful, very welcoming and the staff took great care of us. This is my new regular nail spot!

I was visiting family and wanted to get a powder gel / dip on nails and a pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure was so rude abd kept telling me I had a lot of callas and being extremely rough. My nails chipped less than a week after I got them done. Poor poor customer service and not high quality of product. They charged me $21 dollars more than what I pay in my area for way less service and a lottery rudeness.
