Technicians didn’t really talk to me or even acknowledge me… I got asked if I wanted callouses done, basically as one word “callous?” and I was like sure? Only to find out that was an up charge. The front desk girl understood when I explained it to her, so I appreciate that, but still a yucky feeling as I know someone else might not have spoken up. This place will tell you they are charging you a certain amount, then charge a much higher amount on your card. I even called to ask why they charged more and they tried to say I received services that I didn’t. Double check your credit card statements

I recently went, first time visit. I wanted to go since I saw the news about them doing CBD Mani/Pedi. When I first arrived there were two girls sitting at reception desk, gave them my name and they said “ok have a sit”. There are no seats by the door so I just sat by the chair closest to the reception desk. Their chairs are like a loveseat but half the size & not too comfortable for your back so they give pillows.
