Critical: QualityThis is the last time I ever come to do my nails here. I came in for a pedicure and French tip dip. I told them this from the moment I walked in. First of all, I’m guessing the girl who did my toes was new because she didn’t seem that experienced and didn’t do that great of a job. I could have done the same thing at my house. I had already told her to fix somethings so I didn’t want to be too hard of a critic and keep going although I’ve never had many problems doing my nails, I’m not that picky. Second, after I finish my bad pedicure I’m thinking my dip will make me happier, customers walk in and she tells me all of a sudden it’s going to be 30 minutes wait to do my hands! I said I wish you would have told me from the beginning and she said she didn’t know I wanted French because it’s hard and not anyone can do it even though she had just walked over and asked me “you want to do French right?” But okay, then after I say I don’t have time she goes to have a conversation and comes back to tell me 10 minutes. I wait a little more than 10 minutes and at this point I don’t have much time left and am not in the mood to even finish. I tell them I’m going to go and want to pay, when I go pay for a basic pedicure that is 33 dollars.. she tells me my total is 38 for “callus removal” are you kidding! That’s crazy, I tell her I didn’t hear or understand you saying this she said you said yes and continues to take that amount of money. The smallest bill she gave me back was a 10! Guessing so she can get a bigger tip, I had to ask for change. I still gave her a 5$ tip, no idea why to be honest. This is the last time I ever come to do my nails here. I came in for a pedicure and French tip dip. I told them this from the moment I walked in. First of all, I’m guessing the girl who did my toes was new because she didn’t seem that experienced and didn’t do that great of a job. I could have done the same thing at my house.
