I had an appointment scheduled, I come in 5 min early so I sit she tells me she will be a few minutes and 50 minutes later I’m still waiting, when we scheduled I was clear and said to her that time worked great because I start work at 10 am up the streets clearly miss lady doesn’t care for all her clients then same just some of them NEVER will I ever call back and when I left she didn’t have the decency to say my apologies or where are you going.. it’s like she really didn’t care. I hope she gets better with scheduling timing and customer service

Chastity has been cutting and coloring my hair for around 10 years. One of the greatest things about her is that when I come in for my appointment she sits me down and listens to exactly what I want whether it’s a change in color or cut….she hears what I’m saying. That’s very unusual these days. My cuts are always very precise because they are shorter haircuts they must be precise and she does an excellent job. I’m always changing up my color and she’s very knowledgeable and gets me right to the color I want to be. Chastity is friendly and warm and the new shop she has opened in Columbia is absolutely precious. I highly recommend her!
