A little bit of an older-dated facility. I liked how comfortable I felt in this salon. It seemed pretty laid back, but that didn’t seem to discount the talent at all. I would definitely recommend planning ahead to make an appointment. I liked the family atmosphere – the stylists have known each other for awhile. I really enjoyed my time with my stylist Allyssa Cox – chatting with her was fun and she really understood what I was trying to tell her I wanted. She has also had a few of my other family members/friends for clients and they’ve all been happy. She patiently listened and asked questions so that I would get the best results. She wasn’t afraid to express her opinion when I asked what she thought, even when it was saying that she would not recommend a certain strategy with color so that it would compliment my style, rather than looking fake. She gets a 5+ star rating for me. FYI-They no longer offer nail services at this Studio. I haven’t had any other visits here or tried any other stylists, but I would definitely recommend Allyssa. Also you can see her Instagram shows a lot of great color work that she has done! In my opinion, you get what you pay for, so don’t be surprised if you pay for high end studio prices when you get a great result. Go in knowing that and you’ll be glad you did. It was pretty low-key while my color was processing. I believe the stylists were chatting in the back, possibly getting a snack. Not sure, but it didn’t bother me that I was left on my own for a bit during that time. Gave me a chance to breathe, or other people could check their phones. I was also happy with my eyebrows – she waxed them, I was very nervous but she did great.

I love this salon. Everyone is so friendly. You are greeted and treated well. The salon is clean and professional. Rachel has been wonderful with my color and cuts. All of the girls have so much knowledge and it seems that the clients are always very pleased when the girls are done doing their magic. Highly recommend!

I am older with thinning hair. Alyssa gave me the best inverted bob haircut I have ever had. Very cute and I got lots of compliments. I feel much younger and look younger too. And that’s not a bad thing!

I messed up my using boxed coloring dye and the hairstylist Nicole did such a great job fixing it. I love my hair color. I tried to dye it blonde using splat and it was all different colors and she worked with me and let me know all that could possibly go wrong, and the result came out better than expected. Nicole was very nice and professional! I’d recommend everyone go here! I had such a great experience!

Had a great cut and color but got a feeling the hairdresser wasn’t interested in getting to know me. She didn’t ask a single question about how or why I came to the salon. Called a month later for another appointment. Left a message but no one called me back. I guess they were busy enough and not interested in more business.

I have been to the salon twice. The 2nd time that I was there the color washed out in about 1 week. I called the salon (because I did like the stylist) and left a message. The stylist called me back the next and left a message. I returned her call and left a message since she was with a client. I never heard back. I called 2 days later, on a Saturday and left another message, I never heard back from anyone. I am disappointed as I did like the salon and the stylist BUT they do not stand behind their products or services nor do they seem to care that I was unhappy.
