I was in town for the weekend and walked in without an appointment to get a pedicure. The nail technician was booked for the day and could not fit me in. That’s fine I understand. However, if you are running a business with Spa in the name I don’t think you want clients or potential clients to be greeted at the door by a pile of dog feces. That is what greeted me not a person. I was not greeted by anyone at the business for approximately 10 minutes. I love animals but if I am going to the spa to relax I do not want two dogs walking around. Very unprofessional and if I lived in this town I would find a different “Spa” to frequent.
