Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI sat an appointment up for myself and my daughter for 5:30 upon arrival we were told by heather that she was running a little behind and that she would be with us as soon as possible. We waited patiently in the lobby thinking it wouldnt be too long before we would be in the chair. Crystal King destroyed my hair and when I posted it publicly to warn others my rating was deleted and she had her mom get online lying for her saying she didnt screw my hair up after she did. My hair was right above my butt and brown and I showed her a bayalage and told her I wanted to keep my length and knew it would take multiple sessions to get to the blonde, she FRIED my hair and left an orange blob all over my head except my roots….then lied and said it didnt look like that when I left but yet she took before pictures and never wanted to take after. She tried to take 80$ for her screw up until I threatened to take her to small claims court then she gave me back 50$. DO NOT GO TO HER. The other girls in there I seen did really great but she fd my hair all up.
