I felt like she got all the hairs but the process was more painful than I expected. Seemed like she was really trying to make her sugar last the whole time (didn’t get any new sugar & stuck with it once it wasn’t as soft & as I watched her struggle a lil bit) & was really slow with applying and ripping it off, so it hurt more. I’ve been getting sugared for several years but I was not a fan of her process, I haven’t been back since and don’t plan to.

First of all, I just wanna say that this has been by far the best facial/spa experience I’ve had. To begin with, parking is fairly easy to find and the location was pretty easy to spot. You walk in and are welcomed by Mark who is very friendly and checks you in and makes you feel comfortable. They have coffee/tea/magazines available as you wait. I didn’t even have to wait for long and my appointment was on-time. I was greeted by Elizabeth who was very welcoming and friendly! She gets straight to business and her room is very clean and spotless. Very nice area to feel relaxed as you get your services done. I have acne-prone skin so I went in for some extractions and a facial to calm down my skin. Not only was she knowledgeable about the procedure but she also gave me great advice on a skincare routine and even recommended what other services I could have done to have clear skin. Not going to lie, my skin did not clear automatically (let’s be real, having clear skin takes time) But let me tell you, after my visit with Elizabeth, my pimples went down drastically and my skin was super baby skin soft days after my facial. I cannot wait to keep going back to have healthy skin. I would definitely recommend! My self confidence has definitely gone up due to how great my skin has been since my visit. The prices are very reasonable and you most definitely get what you pay for. I must say skincare/self-care is the best money you’ll spend! Thanks Mark & Elizabeth! I can say I found my main spa!

Came for a Brazilian, got the most comfortable and pain free experience I could’ve ever asked for. Elizabeth was sweet, reassuring, and extremely skilled. Pro tip: if you’re a first timer, a Brazilian is just $39, but you can pay $78 for two as a pre-payment for the second. It’s a steal, and I guarantee you’re going to want to go back.
