La Bella Vita Salon has done a great job keeping up with all of the latest styles and products and the salon is always clean.

I made an appointment for myself and my two young daughters (4 and 5), to get a hair trim together. We arrived 5 minutes early and our appointment was scheduled for 2 pm. We waited for an hour. Our stylist did not apologize for the delay or anything. I understand waiting 15 even 20 minutes sometimes. Hair takes longer than expected sometimes! But the stylist we were supposed to see proceeded to curl, what seemed like either a friend or long time client, for 30 minutes when the time was 2:15. By the time he finished curling her hair, it was 2:45 and he then turned on a photography light to take pictures. Our stylist not once recognized that my daughters and I had been sitting for an hour past our appointment time. It was the client that apologized for being late for her appointment. The stylist never said anything! I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and professionalism of the stylist. I was not able to get my haircut because we ran out of time. I scheduled all of our appointments at 2 pm for a reason and I was not able to get a haircut.

I always feel like family when I go into the salon. Everyone is so friendly and personable and makes me feel very comfortable while I’m there. My hair always comes out better than I had imagined. You can tell the stylists take pride in their work and truly care about their clients!
