The day before my appointment, the lady texted me asking if we could push it out by 30mins. I was cool with that. The day of she texted me to inform that she’s 8 months pregnant and was not feeling good. To wish I understand, I have two of my own. Her availability was limited and had no appointments on my days off. Told her I decided to cancel with her since she’s so close to delivering and the voucher expires during the time she would be out.Swapped my voucher for another place, which it seems they are not professional and can’t seem communicate either. Now I’m stuck with Groupon bucks, and theirs nothing on there I want.Businesses need to be transparent with their clients and communication is key !
