Shannon is the sweetest, nicest, most down to earth person I’ve ever met. Her and her girls are always laughing and having a great time. When I wanted to go from washed out red to in your face purple she was so down and stoked for the transformation! I couldn’t be happier with the atmosphere and my hair of course. Can’t wait to go see her for my next appointment!

I’ve been with this place for a long time and had two great stylists ( Sara and Alli). Unfortunately, they are both gone so I had to book an appointment with a new person, Melissa. I explained to her what I want and she cut my hair, styled it and I went home, feeling OK about it. After I washed my hair at home and it dried, I realized what a disaster she made out of my hair: it is uneven on both sides (one side longer than the other), one side thicker than the other. I didn’t have my hair butchered in years!!!!! And now I do. I have been trying to grow my hair in the front for more than a year( I have, better said HAD a straight A-line haircut) with great results from the other girls, and Melissa ruined that in 45 minutes. What a disaster! Here are the pictures of my left and right side of the head, I tried my best to capture how bad it is. I will never return to this place!!!!!!!!
