I don’t get my nails done very often, so when I do I would like to get my money’s worth. I get stiletto nails, because it’s what works best with my job as a dog groomer. I felt as though I was a bother for asking for something outside of the typical. I asked multiple times for them to be shorter and was told that he would not do the Stiletto tips I wanted while still doing them shorter. I have never had any problem at any other nail salon I’ve ever been to before. They were beautifully done, though longer than I wanted. I came back the next day because I needed them shorter to be able to do my job. He was incredibly rude, gave them a quick file that I could have done easily myself and left them unfinished, incredibly rough and sloppy edges. I will never be back here again. The only thing I wished is that I had asked for my money back.

Went in for a dip manicure and the nails look nice but the lady filed my skin on multiple nails and I left with three fingers bleeding. The whole process was extremely rushed and the sides of my nails are cut and sore multiple days later. Kind of disappointed… This is the 2nd time in a row where I have left with my fingers cut, bleeding, and stinging. This isn’t just one nail tech either. Two different people.

I came today to do a rebase with Max he did an Amazing job again. I usually show him a pic of somewhat of what I would like and he always meets my expectations with no hesitation . Also always makes everything goes well && smooth.

I had high hopes for this spa, the first time I went they did a decent job, But I went back for a refill and asked the nail tech if my nails were holding up okay for a refill or if I should just get a new set. She said I could do a refill, and mind you a refill isn’t that much less expensive then a whole new set. I did the refill and walked out a little bummed cause too be honest they didn’t look great especially seeing how I paid like $42 for the refill, the acrylic powder didn’t match, they weren’t shaped well, they were rough in spots but I let that go. Then a few days (maybe 3) after the fill they start chipping and peeling up… I go back in today and show the man working in the front chair. He basically tells me that it’s not their fault, and my patience is running thin as they didn’t really ever look good from the start and now they are not holding up at all, and they are treating me like “oh well, not my problem” he then says we can do a new set and I’ll give you 50% off (seeing how I just paid nearly $50 days prior) so I ask him how much that’s be.. he says $40 so you that means they charge $80 for a full set of acrylic? I ask the other lady there and she states it’s usually $53 for a full set, that didn’t make much sense what so ever. I truly felt like they didn’t give a damn.. it’s not about how they treat their clients, or the quality of their work.. I have never before been to a nail salon so unwilling to help fix their own mistakes, and when I said I’m just gonna have them fixed, they did the absolute bare minimum… the acrylic color didn’t match so you can see all the chips and cracks very clearly. My nails absolutely looks like garbage and it was an awful experience.

Nice quiet clean atmosphere. Customer service was okay. A good job was done with the pedicure however my tech let lots of residue on both my legs on the knees and above. I did not notice until after we left the salon. Good salon is hard to find. Not sure if I will go back anytime soon. Try it for yourself.

They will upcharge at any chance they can without being clear and Nina is EXTREMELY judge mental. Rushed and very rough through my gel manicure that lasted less than 5 days. When getting a pedicure, she made gagging faces from the grater and continuously told me how dry my feet and hands were. Going to a salon is supposed to make you leave feeling better. Highly disappointed and would NEVER recommend going here.
