My experience with this salon has been nothing but pleasant. They have a very user friendly site that allows you to book an appointment online. It even shows you an approximation of how much time you will spend at the salon depending on the service you choose…cool!!! When I came in for my appointment, I was afraid that I would be told my hair would take a long time to get back to decent shape because it was so damaged with bleach by a previous stylist. The hairstylist was kind and explained to me what had to be done to fix my hair. I let her work her magic. Bella U does some stunning work. I left with a beautiful balayage.

The stylists do great work. But the front desk staff is HORRIBLE. Always have a long face and horrible attitude and are just completely rude. It’s also extremely inconvenient that you have to go through the front desk to schedule/communicate with any stylist about your hair. Seems like they’re super controlling over their stylists’ schedules/work. You can’t even do scheduling online anymore, they removed it from their site. So it’s like you’re forced to deal with the worst aspect of this salon constantly. Then the staff takes a million years to respond to you, yet they will text you right before your appt. to ask if you can reschedule your appt to fit their schedule. This salon has really gone downhill. Too bad since they do good work and really know hair.

Lily is AMAZING!!! Literally, every time I get my hair done here I get compliments. And believe me, I’ve experienced different stylists. Lily can do the perfect blend, and you can see her work on Instagram it really speaks for itself. She cares about keeping your hair as healthy as possible with bleaching. JUST THE BEST!! Worth the money too a hundred percent.

This place is amazing! They have the most talented top notch stylist than anywhere else you can find in Oregon or in Cali. I live in Cali but I drive the commute every 4 months to get my hair done by one particular master hair stylist at Bella u salon; Lily she is absolutely amazing at what she does. If you want your hair done by someone who understands you and who knows what’s in style and knows what will look good on you and has the talent and experience to do exactly that then she is the go-to stylist. She’s been doing my color and cuts for 6 years now and every single time I left feeling satisfied, loving my new look, the happiest, and feeling beautiful. Their new location is so beautifully designed & walking through those doors makes you feel like you just entered la la land specifically designed to beautify ladies.

I’ve been a Bella U Salon customer for two years now and I absolutely love it. My hair has been damaged free thanks to my amazing hairdresser Estera who is always using the best products, and I am loving my hair color. I had my hair cut by the master stylist Nicole. I requested a LOB style and it came out wonderful! At first it seemed like it was barely any “styling” done to my hair but I was surprised that the result was better than expected! This was the first time I left a salon feeling happy and confident with my new hair. I highly recommend this place!

My hair turned out SO well! I got highlights and it turned out better than I had imagined! I would definitely recommend going to Bre. She takes the time and effort to go all out on your hair and she does a fantastic job working her magic!! Hands down, best hair stylist and I am going back to her again next time!

So I have to come back and edit my review, I originally had a bad review. But the salon was very nice afterwards said for me to come back and have my hair fixed to what I wanted more. I would of gave all 5 stars if Lindsey was not as rough with hair who is great with hair very talented but is harsh when brushing your hair wet. Tends to brush from top to bottom ripping out hair which I find odd. But that’s why you can choose someone else who is more gentle. Other then that they are pretty amazing with hair and it is worth the money! I’ll be coming back definitely
