I’m posting under my husbands account. Had an appointment for an updo this Saturday, less than 2 days away. They called to cancel on me, stylist has Covid but wasn’t able to offer any replacement stylist. Now I guess I have to do my own hair for this formal event. Not a good start. I’ll never attempt to go to this place after that.

At the recommendation of a friend, I wandered into Bella Tressa. I’ve had my last several haircuts there. I thought I was a “barber shop” guy but I’ve found Bella Tressa to be extremely comfortable and welcoming. My stylist (Lynn, also the owner) has done a wonderful job of bringing my hair into this century and she assures me that all the stylists are as highly trained and experienced. A good value and a good experience!

Consistently good haircuts and color. The staff is there to help. Actually help. They aren’t going to try to hard sell you product or services you don’t need or want. They want to help you keep costs down and as a result I go more often. Love this place and everyone in it.

Cary at Bella Tressa is great. I love the way she cuts my hair. I drive from Mount Prospect to Yorkville so I can have her cut my hair. I have tried other places , paid more and have problems with my hair. She always spends time being sure I’m satisfied. Everyone is very nice from the person who answers the phone to all of the other who work there.
