Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery poor experience here. Manicure and pedicure were of very poor quality. Lady doing my manicure cut me three times while trimming my cuticles (with bleeding). She never acknowledged or apologized for what she had done. Purchased a package for mani/pedi and a massage and had to wait for over an hour once my nails were done before I was taken back for the massage. Would not recommend this “spa.” Immediately removed the nail polish when I got home because it was embarrassingly bad. Very poor experience here. Manicure and pedicure were of very poor quality. Lady doing my manicure cut me three times while trimming my cuticles (with bleeding). She never acknowledged or apologized for what she had done. It is a clean salon for those concerned about hygiene I never have to worry. I Have been coming to this salon for the past twenty years and I ALWAYS receive compliments on my color. The staff is incredibly understanding and helpful. I have never experienced anything less than exceptional service. All of the stylists truly care about their clients. I receive the most compliments and send every one I know to Bella! Christina is incredible! Her talents are unbelievable and her staff is lovely. Don’t let these negative reviews cloud your judgment. I Have been coming to this salon for the past twenty years and I ALWAYS receive compliments on my color. The staff is incredibly understanding and helpful. I have never experienced anything less than exceptional service. All of the stylists truly care about their clients. I receive the most compliments and send every one I know to Bella! This Was the first day of fall, I came in as usual but this time with a Pumpkin spiced latte in hand ready to get my Fall on. The salon is always clean,the girls are super nice. Alex is who I always go to, she already knows I love glitter for all my gel polished toes, knows the right temp for the water. I don’t even have to ask anymore! Love this place, I Go often. This Was the first day of fall, I came in as usual but this time with a Pumpkin spiced latte in hand ready to get my Fall on. The salon is always clean,the girls are super nice. Alex is who I always go to, she already knows I love glitter for all my gel polished toes, knows the right temp for the water.
