I’ve been coming here since 2018 . My tech Nam, is amazing !!! He always remembers my lash length and makes sure I am completely satisfied before leaving. I’ve only had 1 issue where probably the wrong glue was used and my lashes didn’t last pass a week , but Nam made it right and fixed the issue!!! I only use Nam as my lash tech!!

The staff was very nice. They do accept walk-in without appointment. However this rely on if their technicians are available to take you in immediately. The price for classic is $75 and for volume is $85. Make sure you tell them you want classic or volume. They will work with you to make any adjustment if your lashes don’t come out as you want. I appreciate the owner and technician working with me to achieve the look that I want.

Critical: ProfessionalismSo I went here about a year ago and they were lovely. I was able to get a walk-in on a Saturday morning. Now when I come the process for getting an appointment is extremely irritating. I went for a walk-in on a Friday evening and he just dryly said “we don’t have any availability.” He did not offer to set an appointment for later until I asked. Today I arrived at my appointment for 11:30 and when I arrived they told me it had been pushed to 12 because another customer didn’t like her lashes. They did not notify me of this change and probably weren’t going to. Now I am here and another customer was turned around because her appt was supposedly at 1, even though her calendar said it was at 12. I honestly think he just lied to her because they are behind schedule. So I went here about a year ago and they were lovely. I was able to get a walk-in on a Saturday morning. Now when I come the process for getting an appointment is extremely irritating. My lashes were rushed and poorly done. I called and left a voicemail and never got a response. One of the eyes were really full and really nice the other one wasn’t. It was extremely noticeable and needless to say I won’t be going back.

I used to get lashes here about a year ago and loved them. I went back a couple of weeks ago and they have changed drastically. I asked for a natural look and she put so many lashes that I couldn’t even see. They were curved horribly and stabbing my eyelids. I told her they were too long and she tried to fix them by CUTTING them!! I had her take them off and she wanted to charge me $40 for removal. They are getting 2 stars because I needed them before a trip and someone else redid them and they only charged me the $40. Whatever lashes they use are still like little knives. Disappointed.

I usually go to Spectrum to get my nails done and always wanted to try out Bella Lashes. The owner of Spectrum always talks bad about Bella Lashes but every time I see ladies leave, their lashes are perfect and the ladies leaving from Spectrum that have gotten their lashes done are very thick and stuck together.

I went in to get a refill. Was my first visit at this location. I was nervous because I usually go to another location to have my lashes Done but they cancelled on me, plus they’re far away.. So this was the perfect visit. Booked same day appointment with Rosie and she did a great job. Took an hour to fill my 3 week old lashes.. Recommended..
