Messiest manicure I’ve ever had – and excuses given were that it was done with “regular polish”. The pedicure was the only redeeming factor – that part was excellent. I guess if you’re not getting acrylics you’re out of luck for a good manicure.

Great work they’ve done here on my nails. Came by since I was in the area and they did a fantastic job. Cleaner side of things when it comes to Nail salons which is a MAJOR PLUS! They do get busy on some days so I didn’t mind waiting my turn on Fri/sat. Will be coming by again when I get a chance

I went the first time and I should’ve not went again but sadly I did. The charge extra for everything even removing nail polish and the work they do…. I’ll leave it up to you to decide after you see the picture. This is 2 days after I got it done

I went in on a Saturday afternoon with my 7 and 3 year old daughters. My daughters pedicure were $35 each. (My three year old had to sit in a adult chair with only the tip of her toes touching the water ) By that evening my polish including my 7 year old had chipped and a toe nail was broken. Sunday I called explaining the issue I was advised to come in for correction. Once I got there they only corrected the toes that were chipped and stated regular polish wasn’t enough I should have gotten shellac.

I got Gel Mani. The technican didn’t cut my cuticle and put oil massage when she’s done. She gave me an oil bottle and said “Put it by yourself” by Vietnamese languages. And then twodays later, my thumb and index fingers nail felt off so I had to put something similar on. When you speak same language, it’s posibility that people take it less appropriate. However, due to the service I had, first time comes here would also be last time.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityVisited the salon on two occasions the technician was very rough in removing my nails. Never have I been to a salon and they grind the nail off as opposed to soaking. Tech cut my real nail after I asked her not to do so.The powder (yes powder) nails lasted about one week before they started breaking off. That has never happened. You Get What you Pay for and it’s worth it. I came in last minute to for a manicure and pedicure. My manicure was the basic and was met with lack luster attitude from the lady that did it, but my pedicure was amazing. I got the crystal pedicure with Kelly and she took such good care of me. Excellent experience due to her hard work. Will return and ask for Kelly every time!

Today all of the dip came off and I didn’t come in having an issue, I just explained that it normally lasts for 3 weeks and this time it has not even been 1 WEEK.
