I have always used Bella spa and nails and whoever the younger man is that works there did my pedicure. First he did a massage on one foot and not the other and then he polished my toes quickly and they looked awful. They were not cleaned up and my big toe had something on the white polish. Needless to say this was a bad experience

Critical: QualityI paid $65 dollars for this? First of all they put diamonds on my nails the night i got them done, when i woke up, all the diamonds were gone… It looks like a toddler did my nails! And they don’t even answer their phone because i tried to call the next day and let them know what happened to see if they could fix it. Paid 23 dollars for a botched nail job. The gel nail had a bubble and was uneven. I told the lady amd she just pressed it down and said it was fine. Got home and barely an hour later the polish was peeling off. I had 4 nails peel. I went there to try to save a couple bucks since it’s the holiday season. I will just go back to my old salon, Venue nail spa. They never gave me a bad nail job. The attached photo is my nails the next day.

I go to have my nails done as a treat and to relax. Went this week and was anything but relaxing. The lady doing my nails was so busy chatting with her co-workers she was not paying attention to what she’s doing. The older man sitting across the room was talking so loudly in his native language the entire time to the other 3 employees I felt I was intruding in their social hour. Would not recommend if you are going to be pampered and have a relaxing experience. I won’t go back!

I go here every once and a while mostly because of their student discount and already affordable prices but every time I go I leave with bloody torn up cuticles no matter who does my nails. The last time I went they had to redo and shave down 2 of my dip nails which doubled the time. They never ask what nail shape I want and always just do them square probably because it is easier and less time consuming and they are able to move on to their next customer faster. The workers are very unprofessional and their customer service is definitely not the best.
