I walked in a Sunday and was able to get seated right away. They were able to do both my mani and pedi in one sitting. Really nice atmosphere. Massage chairs. They have a full bar in this place!!! It was nice. Prices were normal. Mindy on the mani. Diane on the pedi. Cindy on the facial. I am very satisfied with the ladies who took care of me. They were friendly and gentle. I recommend these ladies if you are going to get service at this salon. Apparently they are usually super busy on Sundays so today was unusual.

So I got my toes done & it was not worth the price. They don’t file or cut your nails. They use way too much nail polish. It’s been 3days and my toes look like I’ve had this polish on for a month or so. My niece could do a better job painting them. WILL NOT RETURN & WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

Asked to have my Fingers and Toes to be done, asked for the deluxe and I don’t feel I got the deluxe package. The women that did my nails, didn’t want to buff the nails even after I asked to have it done. I had to ask twice to get my nails rounded and she was still reluctant to do it. She left some dirt in my toe nails (sock lent) and I had to point it out to her. Then she was upset and hurt my toe to get the dirt out. She left cuticle clippings on my fingers that I pulled off before the pictures. I would not recommend going to this place.

Went in for dip refill, I’ve been here in the past and had great service. This time was horrible. Mindy was the tech who did my nails, I’ve noticed she was skipping steps during the dipping process. She rushed through my nails She only applied the base coat to the smile line and no other part of my nail. She then proceeded to dip with only 2 layers of dip with no base coat afterwards. My nails are paper thin and are already starting to crack not even 12 hours later. She didn’t even apply the base coat upon completion of the color powder. I was charged $52 for amateur work. If you’re going to charge that price for nails make sure your techs are giving quality service. I will be returning to get this fixed.

My boyfriend and I got pedicures. My polish wasn’t drying under the heat lamp I kept telling them they wasn’t drying but all they could say is 10 more minutes. Until I was feed up. Didn’t want to seem like the angry black lady cause I was the only black in there. Finally I had enough and told another lady she came after 25 minutes and just wiped the polish off. Don’t know what happened but after she redid them they dried fine.

Okay, I left the one star rating awhile back. I have gone back due to it depends on who you get but today was horrible. Out right disrespectful, they tried to push a more expensive product on me and then acted like I didn’t tell them what I wanted originally. I had to tell them I’ve done nails for 22 years and she responded with two years, I can’t omg. She tried to lie to me about the product, but once she realized what I knew, she finally gave me what I asked for. I need to find someone with skills and respect for their customer. I can go on with all the problems I’ve dealt with at this place.

New to the area from Dallas. Nails were perfect, left a good tip. But the customer service was terrible. The way they treated the young girl next to me was unacceptable. Made me uncomfortable. You can tell quantity is thier goal, not community. Yeah pretty much a sweat shop. No conversations with me, No names given, or ask. A second visit is a NO for me.
