Took a couple of girlfriends and my daughter here last weekend for birthday pedicures. The Bella staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. They were so wonderful with my little girl during her first pedicure and she absolutely loved the experience. We were all made to feel very welcomed and comfortable and the pedicures were relaxing and turned out beautiful. Highly recommend!

My first experience was the worst. The lady who did my nails did a horrible job. The edges were not painted and my nails were thick and uneven. The shapes were also not smooth. Two of my toe nails were not painted all the way and before I could even leave the door the lady had to redo a nail because it was already peeling off. The owner said “sorry we have been super busy” and that is not an excuse to do sloppy work. He also mentioned for me to come back another day but I had already been there for almost three hours, and I decided to never come back. My experience did not go well at all.

I’m a little bit torn on this review and may end up giving them a second chance and trying them again. Came here with my daughter yesterday to get a pedicure. They fit Us in which was great but there was conversation amongst the staff very loudly the entire time we were trying to get a pedicure and relax. It felt like an episode of Barber Shop… In fact they talk so much that it seems as though they weren’t really paying attention to our nails at all. It wasn’t just one technician but all of the people in the pedicure row.
