Horrible service. I went yesterday February 12, 2022 to get my nails done and it was bad all around. My nail technician was very unprofessional and none of my nails are even shaped the way I wanted or shaped correctly at all. My nail technician was even rushing through it. I definitely don’t think the service I was given was worth $60 especially when he was more worried about some game him and his coworker where playing together.

Garbage! Don’t waste your money if your looking to get some acrylic nails. Out of all years I get my nails done I have never experienced such bad quality service. Majority of the nail technicians don’t have experience what so ever I had gone in and asked for a set with simple designs and was told that the tech was not able to perform that type of service. Then had asked for stilettos nails and the technician was quite agitated and had filed down my nails so rough that he had cut me! Also a few nails were not shaped correctly and then had the audacity to try and charge me 60.00$ for these nails! Very poor service I DO NOT recommend using this place for acrylic nails

Went in this evening and am Very disappointed. Cut my finger with the file. There was a hair in the nail. I walked out to my car and had to walk right back in To have it fixed. Paint uneven and messy cuticles. Was planning on taking my daughter and now I’m glad I didn’t. I mean the photos speaks for it self.

I did not get what I asked for. I wanted a gel manicure because I wanted to grow out my natural nails. The man asked if I wanted longer, and since I said yes he just started cutting down all my nails I’ve been working so hard to grow, and glued tips to them and then proceeded to use black acrylic powder. I told him I didn’t want acrylic, I wanted gel extensions on the three nails that were shorter. They are pretty, but it isn’t what I asked for. I also asked for them to be shorter & he didn’t want to do it. Also asked for the corners to be rounded more, and he barely rounded them at all. The worst part is he told me $45, then when I check my bank account I see that he charged me $55!!!

First time going here . I got a spa pedicure and a full set of nails. The prices were decent. Was 50 for each service I had done. I really like this place. Wasn’t to crowded and I didn’t feel rushed. They even have the awesome massage chairs! That to me is such a nice thing to enjoy while getting my toes done. The guy that did my nails was really good too. He suggested another color I didn’t know they carried and I absolutely love it. My nails look amazing and I will be returning when I cant make it to my regular nail lady.

So I’ve been going to Bella nails & spa since they opened I believe 5 years ago or 4 and I’ve always gotten amazing nails at affordable prices like I never felt like I was being overcharged for them at all. The pedicures I’ve gotten by myself with my boyfriend or with my mom have been amazing. They also last a long time everyone is so friendly and nice they really take their time to make sure you get what you paid for.

A few months ago this was the place to go. Absolutely not anymore. The workers are busier on their phones than doing the pedicure intended. They say it’s a 30 minute service and then do nothing for 20, your feet for ten! Problem solved right. They use to make sure you didn’t have pain from any potential ingrown nails. That’s definitely ignored. I guess they now offer drinks to make up for the terrible service. Extremely disappointed.
