Critical: ProfessionalismI wanted to love this place, and I may be sharing a unique experience, however I am a firm believer that alternative experiences are helpful in making informed decisions. I came in for Botox, and having had Botox for two years now have seen results within days after injection. I informed the NP and came in again after more 15 than days and today is an additional 15 and still no results. I was told that my situation was weird and should come for another consultation, meaning another $200 for the area between the brows. ( I clarified this point and yes I was going to pay another $200 so I gracefully said no thanks to see no results) This is horrible customer service. When in fact, I came in to this office due to my regular place being closed due to the Pandemic. I had never had such experience prior to coming to this office. I felt a little frustrated and maybe even taken advantage, and now I question what product was injected, if there was any product even injected and possible a business tactic/ strategy. They make their money causing folks to come in time and time again. I get it we all want to help ourselves where we can and I firmly believe folks cash in the desires or desperation of others. I have family that are dentist and NP and it’s not unheard of. I wanted to love this place, and I may be sharing a unique experience, however I am a firm believer that alternative experiences are helpful in making informed decisions. I came in for Botox, and having had Botox for two years now have seen results within days after injection.
