Took mom to go see our favorite hair dresser Ilene. Shes awesome. Everyone should go see Ilene she is great. She’s been doing our hair for a few years now. I highly recommend her to everyone. If you need to get a hold hold her please look her up Ilene’s hair salon in margate. You won’t regret going to her she is the best around.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had a appointment today with “Lisa Beauty services” suite #123 at 6:30pm for ombré brows. I confirmed my appointment with her multiple times even earlier during the day. When the time came I called and texted her because I could not find the building. She never answered. I was finally able to find it and called the front desk they bussed me in. When I got to her suite she wasn’t there. Apparently she hasn’t been there all day!! Not professional at all! How could she have me confirm an appointment she HERSELF didn’t show up to and not even have the courtesy to let me know she wasn’t going to take my appointment. First of all, I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS!! But I thought my massage was so terrible, that everyone needed to know. This is exactly what happened. The massuse asked me how I would like my massage and I told her “deep thumb action”. I wonder why she even asked me, because she just rubbed lotion all over my body with open palms. After 20 mins I finally told her she could start using her thumbs, she said “really, on your legs?” She sounded offended and preceded to use her forearm up my quad and used tons of pressure to the point of pain! Hello, I just wanted thumbs! I was finding myself annoyed and angry at this lady the whole time. Then at the end, she took out a hot towel, placed it under my neck and said “Ok Hun, you have a little bit of a stiff neck” and left the room for me to change. I have been walking around for two days now with a stiff neck. I wish I remembered her name, she has a very short haircut and blue eyeshadow. Nothing more frustrating than wasting money on something you look forward to relax with.
