I took my child who is 11 years old for children hair cut and when we got the the hair dressed charged us for adults hair cut which is $50 but she made it 35 for just this one time because my child had “adults hair “ never heard of this before. The hair cut I asked for my child and showed pictures of was layers but the end result is terrible and doesn’t even look like a layers hair cut. This was the worst experience I am not going there again. I wish I could ask for my money back

I had very high hopes for this salon but now I am disappointed. First time I went to this salon I asked for long bob and instead of saying she doesn’t know how to do it and will ask her other hair dresser for help she gave me a uneven should length hair cut. I had to make another appointment to get it fixed. On my second appointment the new hair dresser wouldn’t stop taking about how the long bob hair cut I asked for was every hard and not so many people know how to do it and so on and so forth.
