Staff was nice however I was given false information and ultimately NOT what I wanted. I wanted a treatment where my hair would be straight, even after showering and air drying but they went with Brazillion Blowout and nothing changed. I spent over $300 on the BB and products that didn’t work. My stylist offered to redo the back (for $20) but said it would probably still look the same so I waisted my money thanks to their recommendations and no refund. I’m heartbroken being disabled and on a fixed income I needed something low maintenance for me and I paid all that money to have the same hair. I don’t recommend going there for anything other than cuts and color. I wouldn’t trust them. I’ve always heard if you’re not happy with your hair they will either fix it or give a refund and since they can’t fix my hair a refund would be considered but nothing. Also my highlights didn’t turn out how I wanted them, they were more yellow she redid them when I came back for the BB but it still has too much yellow in the front. I just gave up going there. the pictures are of after using the products they sold me and air drying and my hair is still frizzy and wavy in the back which is what I wanted to get rid of. Very disappointed in their customer service. Only thing positive I can say is they were nice while I was there, offer snacks and drinks, good talks and laughs but the knowledge of hair was lacking obviously.

Ask for Sydney Bishop. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for over 15 years. She is very conscientious about what her customers want. She listens and delivers what I ask for. I get a lot of compliments on my color and cut. My hair is very gray and takes a while to process. She is very patient with waiting the extra time it takes for my hair to absorb the color. She takes her time washing my hair to be sure all of the extra color is removed from my hair and scalp. Sydney provides a full salon experience- color, cut, blow dry, and styling with a flat iron or curling iron- all for a very reasonable price. I think you will be happy with her results! Cindy Domis

No and no! Terrible haircut and charged $20 more than price listed for service. The stylist was shaking and couldn’t figure out how to cut my hair. She asked for help from another stylist who tried to provide guidance, but in the end I still ended up with a terrible cut. Not worth $60! (Again, wrong price). I do not recommend this salon.

I had an appointment with Teiah. I can’t tell you how pleased I was ! She understood how I wanted my hair done exactly. The process of the coloring came out perfect. It was a pleasure going to a new hairdresser who could accommodate me. The staff at Bella’s was also friendly and courteous. It’s a very clean salon . I would not hesitate to go back to Bella’s and have Teiah be my go to hairdresser!
