If I could give a negative amount of stars I would! Never have I ever been treated so poorly by a business owner! I am just at a loss for words at this point. I paid $225 for this look. I tried to contact the owner for some resolution and she called me a liar among other things and was so rude and condescending. She wouldn’t even let me voice my concerns without interrupting me and talking over me. I feel so taken advantage of and disrespected. The owner was more concerned with trying to discredit me and argue with me instead of hearing me out. Beware Do Not Book at this establishment! This is definitely a very expensive lesson learned!!!

Alia is one of the best natural haircare stylists I’ve had service from. She is multifaceted and very knowledgeable about the different textures of hair. She listens to your wants and educates you in the process to come to a happy medium to leave you with healthy, beautifully cared for hair. I love that they keep a database of color, styles, and services you’ve used so when it’s time for your next visit she is aware of past services used. I highly recommend Bella Salon and Spa for a relaxing, no rush, personable, and professional experience.

I had a conflict with my hair appointment that I had scheduled and they accommodated me with a new time that better suited my day. My experience with my stylist was GREAT! I had a perm done by Susan so I was there for a few hours. Susan was WONDERFUL!! Very attentive, caring, and knowledgeable about her profession. I felt completely comfortable putting my hair in her hands and letting her make decisions based on her experience, which is rare to find the first time you see someone. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted.

I walked in and wasn’t greeted by the first stylist she was uninterested in my being there . She was braiding and didn’t stop to look up at me . RUDE ! The other 2 girls were very friendly and sweet . Frankly the white girl in the glasses was the upmost Professional and apologetic out of all of them. She seemed to have experience as an owner. But said she wasn’t the owner. But the owner was out . To top it off the sweet girls said we don’t do braiding but this lady does and I waited to get a consult for 50 minutes that natural hairstylist is absolutely rude and looked unclean as I watched her braid ! So I personally won’t go back . Wouldn’t recommend this place it’s decor is outdated as well !!

I was most impressed with the salon and the laid-back feel inside. The ladies were friendly and very professional! Product was not pushed on me to buy, and Susan and I talked about hairstyles and color for later down the road. She listened to my requests and preferences and I asked her for suggestions. She wasn’t over the top about anything and she did a great job! Highly recommend!!!!!

Alia is the absolute BEST. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair dyed and she literally brought it to life. I was like a kid in the candy shop when I saw the finish product. I would recommend her services on ANY day. Very positive spirit and makes you feel totally comfortable the entire time. I’m a FOREVER customer now because of her!
