This salon provided me with the best service I have experienced in the industry. I flew in from MInnesota to attend my Great Aunt’s presentation at the Kauffman Museum Endowment Dinner and program. My 93 year old Aunt Justina Bartel is well known in Newton. When I arrived she asked me if I would help her with my hair. I was overjoyed at the opportunity to help, but I am not a stylist so I immediately started calling the local salons. I left a voicemail at the first salon I called (never got a call back) and then I called Bella Salon and Lupita answered. I needed an appointment on Sunday (the very next day) and all the salons are normally closed. I explained the importance of Justina’s event, and Lupita immediately said yes. I was thrilled and it got better from there. Lupita arrived early, and worked quickly (we were on a tight schedule). She was professional and friendly and did a superb job styling Justina’s hair. And she charged such a small amount that I insisted on paying more than double. I cannot say enough about how positive this experience was. Justina got tons of compliments on her hair and the experience elevated her confidence when she presented to over 100 people that evening. We will definitely be going back to Bella.

Jessica Is so much fun, I loved that she was able to get me in and do my braid! If I ever decide to switch hair places she will for sure be my go to or when my girl I out ill be sure to call her. worst service ever. the stylist didn’t communicate well, didn’t do what i asked, i showed her a photo of what i wanted multiple times i asked for black hair with silver highlights and was given blonde highlights and no black in my hair. she also cut my hair uneven and then when i called to tell them this is not what i asked for they said i was unpleasant and didn’t communicate well. i showed her a picture 3 different times of what i wanted. i do not recommend
