I always get my nails done at Bellas and they never disappoint. However this past Saturday morning I got my nails done and at the end of the night they were chipping away. A gel manicure always last me about two to three weeks.

I wish I can give a 0 star review but since I cannot here is a 1 star review. My daughter got a gel manicure on Friday. by Wednesday the gel in 7 of the 10 nails peeled off completely. They did not chip they actually peeled all the way off. I called to ask them to credit my account since I live out of state and the rude man who picked up the phone and eventually hung up on me said they were unable to do so. He proceeded to say that some of the color peels off to which I responded if you know the color peels off you should not offer those colors. I used to enjoy the salon a few years ago when I lived in state. I see now the service and quality has gone downhill. I will not be returning and also will not ever be referring anyone.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but Ive been coming to Bella’s for a few years now and lately Ive been dissatisfied. I drive 30 mins to get my nails done here because of their skills and prices. If I bring a photo, Cherry will match it almost to the exact. My complaints are 1) Cherry is not friendly. She seems like she always has an attitude. I go to her because I like her work. You sit in the chair she doesn’t greet you even if you say hi to her. I thought maybe once in awhile she had a bad day but this is all the time. I tip her and she NEVER says thank you or acknowledges it. 2) Lately my nails have been chipping after a few days. I plan my nail appointments according to my schedule so it is difficult for me to drive 30 mins to come back just to get a chipped nail fixed. This last time I came back to get my nail fixed and 2 days later another nail chipped. I am unable to drive a 3rd time in one week. I get acrylic so my nails shouldn’t be chipping so easily. Now my nails look sloppy because I have chipped paint and it snags my hair. This now make me want to pay the extra money and find a salon closer to me at this point. Better customer service (Cherry) and better products so they don’t chip so fast!

They receive walk In or you can make appointment in advance . It is a big nail salon so you can get manicure and pedicure in like 2 hours . Very delicate staff . Somebody recommended to me.

I have to review. I’ve come to this salon for a couple years now, always tipping 20% just because I feel if you provide a service it’s necessary. But I finally give up on this place lol. The customer service is just terrible. At my routine appointment with Mia for a mani pedi, this is the second time i was greeted with “what do you want ?” opposed to a hello , good morning etc. I’ve been coming for over a year, tipping well and there isn’t even decency for a proper hello. On top of that, my gel mani never lasts over a week without peeling. When i mentioned how my gel mani started peeling after 2 days to the manager he replied “we can’t control how long your nails lasts.” I honestly continued to come here for the lower price point but It’s not worth it. I’ll be giving more money to a place with better customer service and higher cleanliness. & in addition, my feet always itch every time it hits the water. No more tryna save coins ! Lol I’m outta here

This place doesn’t clean their equipment properly. It caused me to get a nail fungal infection never coming here again! They watched my nail turn black and didn’t say anything. I’m like is this normal and I been only going to this nail salon for almost 2 years. I hate this place for messing up my nails and feet. I give this place a negative and zero stars!

DO NOT GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE THERE!!!!!!!!! AGAIN, DOOOO NNOTTTT!!!! My sister and I got our lashes done there last month and our natural lashes fell off! The lashes lasted almost 2 months and wouldn’t come off no matter what you did!!!!!!! Nothing worked to remove these lashes off your eyes, I swore they used nail glue to stick them on. The glue hurt and burnt so bad and we got pink eyes for weeks after we got them done! Finally after we did everything to remove them we had 2-3 natural lashes left on our eyes. Swollen eyes and took us a month or so to grow them back. It was a nightmare. Please take care of your eyes and lashes and don’t do this mistake and ruin your eyes. The lady isn’t professional at doing lashes, she literally did both of our eyes in under 10 minutes rushed them so bad and were so lumpy and looked terrible. They’re only $25 so cheap no wonder why. Save your money and go get them professionally done somewhere else, Shame on you Bella salon do better!!!

Today was my first day there and I went because several people referred me there and the female technician I was referred to was Q and I must admit I am so so happy that I went she did an amazing job I got my nails done for my birthday and I’m so in love with them!!!She gave my nails life
