Went here to get my daughters nails done for prom, we stood there trying to get someone’s attention for a few minutes, because it said walk in welcome a woman finally comes up to us and without asking what we wanted said they only go by appointments, we asked about the sign on the door and she said she didn’t know what that was. I’ve never been treated so bad like that ever but to do that to my daughter was beyond unreal, crappy customer service.
