I’m not one to normally complain or leave a negative review but I literally left the salon to cry in my car afterwards. This was my first time at Bella Rose Salon and I wasn’t aware my hairstylist wasnt experienced and would be using me for practice. I was having my roots dyed and a haircut with bangs, took just over 3 hours for this. I asked for the front to be angled around my face, she seemed unsure but told me she could do this. She asked if it was okay for that to start at my chin which I thought seemed perfect. Well it didn’t start at my chin and on my left side I could tell she was very nervous and unsure how to go about it so we waited a long time before she made a cut there, she wouldn’t ask the experienced hairstylist for help but instead tried to figure it out. That left me with one strange layer on the left side, that’s it, no angling, just a big layer randomly in no way matching what my right side looks like. Then when she’s finished she removes the cover somehow dumping my hair clippings all into my lap. Was a terrible experience honestly. And I feel bad sharing this since she really is a very nice person and she gives the best shampoo, so relaxing. Salon is cute and tidy too. I wish her the best but hope this review saves someone else tears, check the experience of your hairstylist so you don’t look like you chopped your own hair.

Not only did she accommodate my schedule but she was on time and spent over 3 hours on my hair with an outcome better than I had originally imagined. My hair was falling out from my son and damaged and she took extra care and consideration into the products she used. My hair has never felt so soft and the highlights could not of come out better. The newest hair salon/studio in the area with skilled hair stylists that will impress you and make your hair beautiful. Plently of parking and a convenient area, it is close to a grocery store and cvs, making getting your hair done not out of the way or easy to fit into your schedule! Inside is professional, cozy and organized. I love the rustic look inside. I highly recommend getting your hair done here!
