The staff are very nice. Couple months back I went in for a consultation because I wanted to achieve a platinum color. They told me that it was achievable despite my previous bleached and colored hair. I will not name my hair dresser because overall, she was very nice and did a nice job, however she just did not give me the color that I requested and plus I have shown her a picture of the hair color that I wanted during the consultation. I went in for 3 sessions over the period of 3 months just to not get my dream color in the end. I left quite disappointed because I spent roughly around $500 in total. If my hair dresser knew that I cannot get to platinum because of my previously bleached and colored hair (I know that my previous hair color plays a role), she should’ve told me from my last session that she will try to give me the closest to platinum as much as possible. Then at least for me, it should be expected rather than expecting to be full platinum. If she was honest with me then I wouldn’t been so upset compared to how I am now. Overall, the staffs are nice but please do your research before coming in for a certain hair color.

I’ve come here many times for hair service with Chelsea and every time it’s always amazing!!! Chelsea is very knowledgeable and careful with handling my hair. I was able to go from my black Asian hair to the ashy lavender I want on the first try!! I’ve gotten back to got my hair cut then change my color to purple. Chelsea takes her time to educate you as well, and making sure your hair is healthy and stay healthy throughout the journey. I am very happy with my experience and will continue to come back! Highly recommend as all the staff at BellaRed Salon are very friendly and knowledgeable!

I was so excited to go to this salon. The vibe, the people, all were amazing. And my stylist was a very nice girl. But I came in with shoulder length hair is I had grown out for four years. I was very vocal about my nervousness in cutting it, my excitement for a fresh look that would make me feel like myself again. My stylist used a razor blade for my entire haircut. I wanted a shaggy pixie, with chunky bangs in the front. But using a razor blade she cut a huge chunk out of my bangs and then tried to act like she didn’t by attempting to obscure it from my view with my other bangs. It was so bad the manager actually offered to put in extensions for free. But seeing as how it was the very front of my hair and very short hair at that, even the extensions couldn’t make up for the chunk that went missing from my forehead. And, in the end, they still charged me $60 for the experience. A month later I’m contemplating shaving my head and starting over. I’m sorry to say, but this stylist (nice and well intentioned as she was) brought my mental health from a 5 to a 2 with one swipe. Stylists: do not use a razor on BANGS! I had a great experience at Bella Red Salon. Heather gave me a BEAUUUUUUTIFUL copper & brown balayage. She completely fixed my hair from a washed out bad dye job. The salon was super cute, clean and tidy too. Everyone was very friendly. I found my new salon & stylist. Thank you Heather!

Second time going. Love this hair salon. I switched it up and got bangs and dyed it darker. Before and after pics below. Chelsea did my hair and she is so amazing! All the people here are so kind and seem to know what they are doing.Everyone seems happy who works there, good vibes, and the prices are decent.

I went in to fix a bad haircut and treat myself to color, I love the cut and my stylist was so nice and friendly unfortunately she left the bleach in to long and my hair turned out gray! I was there after closing and she offered to stay and fix it, instead I came back the next morning and she fixed it! I now love it! Will be back for sure! Thanks Melanie
