Marcia is THE.BEST. She’s excellent with cuts and color, but especially skilled with extensions. She is meticulous about matching your existing hair and blending. Inoa and L’Oreal Professionel hair color! One of the very few salons in the entire Tampa Bay area to offer these products, which are used by the best salons in Europe, LA etc. Ashlynn is great!!!Despite her young age she is extremely talented and knowledgeable of hair color and very precise and careful with the hair, strongly recommend her! The salon is airy, spacious and modern, conveniently located for all of us in Trinity at the corner of Trinity and Little. Lovely but not intimidating, really a wonderful find and I will not go anywhere else from now on. Always bear in mind that it’s not only the stylist but our hair, too, that can be challenging!! Love the cool tone, though caramel and warm tones are also very much in this year! I’ve learned to embrace even the warm/orange hue in my hair, and change is always a good thing, it makes us think differently -and more creatively!

Had my hair done by Brian Ross. While he was very nice, after bleaching my hair 3 times it was still orange because he used a volume 20 developer and no heat on dark brown hair. The cut was also very choppy and I had to go back to get him to “fix” it. The cut and color was over $200 though I was given a discount since it was my first time at the salon. While there I noticed the person doing nails wore her mask below her nose and the patron getting their nails done wasn’t wearing a mask at all. I will never go back and I would not recommend.

Brian Ross is an amazing colorist and the only stylist I’ve ever come across who can cut my annoying hair in a way that keeps it looking beautiful between visits. The salon itself is inviting if a little cramped in its layout.

I went a couple times, but didn’t end up getting the results I wanted. I brought my child once, there was no seating because the owner and other stylists were sitting in the reception chairs talking. Not one of them thought it would be appropriate to get up and offer the seat to a guest, so I just stood there waiting. The owner is not friendly or welcoming, nobody cares when you walk in.

I picked this Solon based on a recommendation a long time ago. I usually drive pretty far to get my hair colored and cut. I was over the drive so decided to give them a try. When I called they were very polite and scheduled me pretty quickly. I was scheduled with Kaci. Kaci was very polite and personable and she listened to what I wanted. I couldn’t be HAPPIER with my hair. I’ll definitely be returning.

As a blonde I have been in search for years for a good hairdresser/colorist. I think it’s safe to say I finally found one! Nathan colored, cut and styled my hair. Everything came out exactly how I wanted and expected it to. The only minor issue was we expected my root smudge to be darker than it came out but that was due to my stubborn hair. He took his time on my hair and is very experienced. The service and employees were very friendly and helpful. The salon is beautiful! If you are looking for a hair dresser/colorist or a salon in general I would highly recommend Bella Ragazza Salon and Nathan! Thank you for being overall amazing

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad some color put in my hair to go from an old blonde color back to my natural brown color. The hair stylist used a new product she’d never used before, and said it was a foam primer out of a bottle which seemed odd that she didn’t used regular color. But whatever, I’m not a professional so I didn’t know. The color turned out fine. But it literally ALL washed out after 3 washes. I was so disappointed because it cost me $200 plus a tip. Before scheduling the appointment I asked how much it would be, and the receptionist seemed to have absolutely no idea how much it would cost. I asked her, so can you at least give me a ballpark, like more than $100? And she said, yes more than $100. So I was expecting $130-$150. NOT 200. I’ve never paid that much in my life. Then I called the salon 2 weeks later to explain how the color all washed out quickly and she said the manager would call me and help find a solution. The manager NEVER CALLED ME. so I called back a week later to tell them and that’d I’d be taking my business elsewhere that valued customer service and customer satisfaction. The receptionist didn’t apologize, didn’t ask any questions, just said OK, have a nice day. It reflects poor management, terrible customer service, and employees that couldn’t give 2 cents about their customers who spend so much money there.
