Starting from the phonecall to make an appointment, till getting the procedure done, the process was excellent.The receptionist was extremely courteous in booking us in for 5PM, and Shannon(our stylist) called us before we came in to get details about our hair. After we checked in, she conversed with us patiently and recommended the best procedures for us, explained the process step by step, and after 2 hours,(where she topped the procedure with a final blow dry styling) we were so astonished at the beautiful transformation she had brought. The staff were extremely professional, namely Brigette and the wonderful front desk manager(Sorry, I’m not sure what your name is). It was overall a positive experience and I highly recommend this place to you all! Kudos to the entire team! Bella Persone Salon was great! I’m always scared to get my haircut, so I rarely ever go. Because of this, I let my hair grow way too long and it becomes so dead and straggly at the ends. However, Joane did a fantastic job today! She gave me some great long layers and styled my hair so well, so it looks like it has so much more volume. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend this salon!

This place is the best! It is a beautiful salon, bright and clean. The staff is warm and professional and Angela is amazing. I got a cut a few months ago and I have never gotten so many compliments (even from people I don’t even know)! I am literally still getting compliments from this cut. I live in Maryland now, but I am happy to make the drive to go to someone who I trust. Whenever I want to try something new I am never disappointed. She is so talented!

I’ve been to Bella Persone salon at least 4-5 times in the past six months and I have always had a pleasant experience. The salon is clean, the staff are nice, and the ambience is nice. However, having especially thick curly hair, the price for a wash and set went up (which I did not mine initially). After my appt., I had to think about it and spending $95 (not including the tip) is way too overpriced. I walked out of the salon with somewhat frizzy blowdried hair, not even after an hour. My stylist is Jessica sweet and great at her craft however I am not sure that she is well-versed with ethnic or African-American hair. After this experience today, I will not be a returning customer. $75 for a basic blowout is ridiculous, all though Jessica is getting busier with more clients, I refuse to pay that price. Even in places like LA and downtown Miami, a blowout would no it cost this much.
