I couldn’t recommend Bella on the Bay more highly! I’d been searching around for a place to pamper myself on my birthday, and Bella on the Bay was the perfect blend of luxurious experience (beautiful location with high-quality, caring staff) with very reasonable prices (compared to a dozen other salons I researched). I received the most relaxing signature facial from Carly who was extremely sweet and catered to my every need, including providing me with a file when I chipped a fingernail! Upon leaving, I was surprised with a bag of goodies (product samples and coupons) for being a first-time customer. I will sing BotB’s praises to anyone I meet, and I can’t wait to return for another service!

She is a great communicator, helped identify and prioritize my problem spots, and was responsive during the massage. I had Kendall yesterday and she is amazing! It was my first time at Bella on the Bay. She’s very good at making you feel comfortable and i like how she wanted to make sure the whole time that I knew what she was doing. She listened to me and what i wanted! The salon is also very good at making you feel welcome. i was instantly greeted as i walked in the door and directed towards the desk and directed towards the waiting area. I did not have a current hair stylist (as mine had left the salon i went to) and now i will be using Kendall and Bella on the Bay for all future hair appointments! thank you Kendall and thank you Bella on the Bay for being around to help us ladies feel beautiful again 🙂 highly recommend this salon

I came in today for lash extensions and was super pleased. As someone else said, the whole experience was very relaxing- I could’ve fallen asleep. I was bummed to hear the girl who did mine is leaving the salon, but will be back to give the other aesthetician a try since I had such good luck this time! Highly recommend.

This was an amazing experience start to finish. I was stuck in traffic and Kendall was able to move my appointment back by 30 minutes. I love that they have off street parking. The salon is peaceful. The people are kind and friendly. Kendall was an amazing stylist. She is very knowledgeable, my cut and color look exactly like the photos I brought in. Thank you Bella by the Bay and Kendall for making a very stressful day end on a relaxing note.

Oakley was amazing. I have had 2 stylists that I have been religiously loyal to. After about 2 years of bad cuts after my last stylus moved I have my third. She is very experienced and was honest about what would and would not work for my hair based on pictures I brought with me of the type of cut I wanted and how exactly the style would sit different on me based on my head, hair, jaw line, etc. Also made sure my new cut would work with my available time to style my hair. The cut was perfect – even from all angles, hung properly with and without product and grew out nicely without getting chunky and weird. That’s important as it buys me some flexibility on when I can get back in for a trim. Fun personality too 🙂
