Larry did a fabulous job on fixing my hair color. He took the time to prep it, and came up with just the right color formula to make it look shiny, healthy, and natural. I admit, when he showed me the color plan, I was nervous. But I could tell he is an experienced professional and trusted him. I’m very glad I did! He also gave me a cut that’s ideal for my needs and looks fresh.

I arrived to my appointment 5 minutes early out of respect for the business and hair dresser. Then I proceeded to wait another 35 minutes only to be told they were behind and could not complete my haircut today. I don’t appreciate my time being wasted. If you decide to go here make sure you allow for a lot of extra wasted time spent waiting.

I had been going to a stylist who is no longer with BoB and Casey took the initiative to contact her prior to my appointment. She had kept notes about my hair color and Casey was able to do it exactly right. I left very happy about my hair.

Unfortunately based on previous reviews there does seem to be a trend here. I walked in for my appt and was not acknowledged. 25 mins later, still waiting, still not acknowledged. I walked out. Customer service is key and please consider people’s time.

I have never been more frustrated by a salon experience. The first time I went in I asked to get some lowlights to add some dimension to my beautiful honey blonde hair. Instead of dimension, hair ended up a very dull not quite brown, but not really blonde color all over. It looked nothing like the picture I had showed the stylist. I asked the stylist if I could come back in a few days to get some highlights to try to bring blonde back into my hair. The soonest she could book me was the one day I am out of town and the next soonest was a month later. I tried to wait out the time for the next appointment, but within a few days I couldn’t stand to look at myself in the mirror I hated the color so much. I reached out to the salon to see if I could book an appointment to fix my hair. They got me right in. Unfortunately, the second time, while he did fix the color, he ignored my repeated instructions to not take the highlights all the way to the root and to blend them in naturally. I now have horribly chunky highlights right at my face that are circa 2000. I am embarrassed to even attempt to pull my hair back. Needless to say I had to pay full price for not one, but TWO of the most frustrating salon experiences ever. I feel like I have wasted so much money. When we called the salon to share our frustrations we were told the owner is on vacation, so nothing can be done to refund me until they return. I will updated if I hear anything from the owner, but for now I have no intention of going back to this salon and would caution you to go anywhere else.
