I went here on Saturday for a gel manicure. First, the station seemed dirty. The towel they placed my hands on was used… he then pulled tools out of the drawer, sprinkled some cleaner on them and called it good. Honestly, I should have just got up and left then. He made me bleed basically right off the bat and was very rude and dismissive. He sped through the manicure, it was the fastest manicure I’ve ever had. I had the first nail chip on Monday and now it’s Wednesday and 5 nails are chipped and the color on the others is faded. They look terrible and I will never go here again.

This was the worst nail experience I have ever had! The man doing my nails made me bleed on almost every finger! Halfway through he asked me to pay before he even finished which was very odd, almost as if he knew he was going to to a bad job and wanted his payment before. After my nails were finished the top coat was not smooth and was all wrinkly so I told him something went wrong and he was furious, so very aggressively buffed the top coat off making me bleed! And when I said ouch he went even harder! I should’ve demanded a refund but I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted out of there. I will never be going back there.

I have never got such BAD French pedi. I was pass from person to person three times, by the workers here. First cleaned and got my toenails ready, second came and slapped on nail polish and left me. When I looked closely, the French tips were awful. Asked the gentleman next to me that was busy with other customer if he could take a look at my nails. He fixed it some, still looks mediocre.

Recently they changed hands, and the new owners brought in nail techs that are not good at their job. Horrible pedicure, lumpy polish, they are rude, and it was way too expensive. My manicure was rushed and chipped within two days. I will not be back. Gel manicures, Pedicure

I will NEVER be returning here to get my nails done!! From the start to finish I experienced horrible customer service and my nails were so bad that I had to clean them up my self when I got home and they charged me $80!!! I would have disputed the price at the counter but the cashier walked away IMMEDIATELY after telling me the price and never came back over to the counter even with me still standing there. Very sad with the entire experience and wouldn’t recommend going there to anyone even if they’re the only place open.
