I’ll settle for a half-a$$ed manicure on a Saturday but to UPCHARGE me to “keep the LENGTH” and then file them way down ♀️on the pointiest “ovals” I’ve seen??! Super thin compared to my existing set I had done elsewhere and she glued the sides after she did the skimpy fill and they’re not even really glossy. And another guest called her tech out on the price listed vs what she told her.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment, and when she finally started was completely rushed! Ripped off my nails, and I said, “ouch! Aren’t you supposed to soak them off?” She replied, “you should’ve told me that.” Lol aren’t you the professional lady? Her technician license was sitting out and said “manager.” That made me question things even more if she’s the manager I wonder how how the other workers are being trained. Hopefully not like that??! I was in so much pain that I wanted to walk out! I should’ve! During the rest of my appointment she got up to go do another persons toes, and kept me waiting! When she got back she was in such a hurry that she forgot what step she was on with me.. so rushed, and so painful. Will NEVER go back, and will NEVER recommend! Worst time I’ve ever had getting my nails done. Do not waste your money!

I dont want give the review but this really ruin. I asked for ultimate spa pedicure with 10min hot stone, but she use only 3 stone out of 4, I cone at 4pm, my pedicure done at 4:25 , that what I had to pay for $60 service with out massage. If I not called I understand but I called and they said ok to coming.

This was my first visit here. The technician was very friendly and did a great job until she got to the buffing part of the dip powder. Out of my 10 fingers, 6 of them are cut in the cuticle area. I think $60 is too much to pay for a manicure that causes pain. Dip powder
