I had called ahead to make an appointment for a fill (after having gone to a place in Tacoma that had butchered my nails at my last appointment). The woman who did my nails was amazing! She took her time, was super friendly and gentle, and did an amazing job with the design I had wanted. I’m for sure going back for my next fill! 10/10

I thought the service was good and they did a very good job. But I got a basic pedicure and a nail file and polish manicure and I paid $95. I was there an hour total. Since when do nail technicians make a 100$ an hour? I don’t care who you are that is incredibly overpriced. The business gets a bad review for price gouging.

Had second set of pink ombre dip nails done by Liean (sp?) Once again, they are beautiful. She is very careful and truly listens about what I want. Had an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of very skilled nail artists .

I went to Bella Nails as a walk-in client to get a set of acrylic nails with gel polish. The staff are kind and direct, and are mostly bilingual, speaking English and what I think is Vietnamese. I had the pleasure of having Tim as my manicurist, she was very kind and tried to keep conversation going while still providing a detailed and clean manicure. She made sure my acrylics looked as natural as they could and recommended colors to me very kindly. If I recall right, my nails cost me around $40. The store is ambient, and repeat visitors get a discount if they have a business card that’s been signed off 5 times. I am not a nail technician nor am I aware of Washington’s state requirements for nail tool cleaning and usage, but it looks like each technician has their own kit and a few pieces didn’t look thoroughly sanitized or brand-new (regarding items like files, buffing blocks, etc. that come into contact with many peoples’ nails; some looked like they had residue from past clients on them.) I could have been mistaken, though. Overall my experience was great, and I would recommend Bella Nails for anyone who likes a good set of acrylic nails.

After many nail salons I thought I’d give Bella Nails a try a few years ago. Now would not go anywhere else! It is very clean, they have disposable liners after every foot bath, great chairs and wonderful manicurists. It is also very nicely decorated. It’s also a good vibe in there. I have a favorite manicurist, (Nancy) but on the odd occasion when Nancy is booked or on her day off I have used several others, they are all excellent! I suggest you make an appointment as spring, summer etc they can get quite busy. It is a good relaxing place but also has a happy atmosphere.

Absolutely filthy. Mail clippings and cuticle skin everywhere. The tech wiped my hand at the end with a towel, from which someone else’s acrylic nail pieces fell out of mid swipe.

Fairly poor service this time. Bella seems to be suffering from popularity and poor managenent now. Stopped by to ask if they had tine for 2 manicures. They said it would be a 20 min wait. !! They didn’t mention that we couldn’t sit together until after our wait. So we sat in different areas- I was done 25!!! min before my daughter because the employee doing her manicure was answering the door, helping customers and dealing with staff. It was a special outing for us and was very disappointing.
