Called ahead on a Monday for a dip appointment. Said they had time. Went in and the “manicure” portion lasted about 5 mins. I paid an extra $10 for chrome powder. Nails started chipping and peeling at the bottoms and tops the day after. There’s no way these nails are going to last even a week. Will not be going back there and would not recommend.

I’ve been to many nail salons in my life, and Bella Nails is the gold standard. I’ve been going for a couple years, and I won’t go anywhere else! The staff is so friendly, I love that you can tell the ladies who work there genuinely care about each other and enjoy working together. The atmosphere is always so happy at Bella. The salon is beautiful and very clean. The gals are incredibly efficient, but I never feel rushed and feel very relaxed. Wendy is the best nail artist I have ever met. She is extremely friendly and talented, especially with acrylic nails. I always go to her, and my nails are perfect every single time. I love Bella!

Been to nail salon many times but this was my first time at the Hair salon. It was a fantastic experience, other than my haircut went from $45 – $90 all because of a slight blow dry (no washing) and a curling Iron. Everything was done in less than an hour. Again great cut…will go back!

Had a wonderful experience. They were able to accommodate an appointment within an hour on the same day. Very clean. Very professional. The place was busy with people receiving a variety of nail services an everyone seemed very happy with the results. Prices are good and service is top notch.

Very nice people who work here, but somehow my pedicure was chipping and cracking within a few days. Normal my pedicures last a month – in fact, they often noticeably grow out before they chip. I think my technician forgot to put on a top clear protective coat, even though I asked about it and she assured me she had. Very nice people, but not good quality for the price.

This is by far my favorite nail place in Ballard. Last time I got a gel manicure, it lasted FOUR weeks with minimal chips (mostly the cutical edge catching). They go out of their way to make sure evey nail is perfect. Also, the massages are an awesome addition! I always feel pampered when I go, and I’ve been able to do walk-ins (sometimes a short wait, which is totally worth it). Everyone is nice, and I would highly recommend going here!

Really disappointed. Second time here and I won’t come back. I’m redoing my nails at home 3 hours later. Service was so rushed, fairly unpleasant- scorching hot wax, sloppy work, the whole hot stones thing is a joke. It’s hard to get into my old place- If you want something quick and inexpensive this place will do-but I’m going to call ahead from now on and go there.
